Is this equipment covered?

Our products are covered, although not always by every insurance plan. We will let you know this during our initial call.

Do I need to pay anything?

This will depend on your insurance plan. If your insurance does not cover your prescribed equipment or we are not in-network, we will offer self-pay options.

Do you handle workers comp cases?

Yes, our billing department will work directly with adjusters and carriers.

Do I call/request a prior authorization?

No, we will handle all prior authorizations for you.

I want to use my Healthcare FSA to pay for my self-pay.

No problem! We accept all forms of Healthcare FSA (Flexible Spending Account).
