Yes! Our DVT sleeves are TSA approved.
The fully charged battery can last up to 20 hours if the device is turned on and used continuously. Extreme temperatures, whether hot or cold, as well as altitude, can impact battery life.
If you are planning on sitting or sleeping for more than an hour, it’s recommended to wear the PlasmaFlow.
The risk for developing DVT is greatest when you’re not moving, so feel free to use it as much as you like while immoble.
The device is yours to keep! No need to return it.

STEP 1. Check that the device is securely attached to your leg. The entire garment should snugly fit around your leg during proper use. Follow the instructions in the quick start guide or user manual for the correct fit.

STEP 2. If it still inflates improperly, detach it from your leg. Connect it to the provided power supply cord and let it charge for at least 3 hours. Once charged, put it back on your leg following Step 1 instructions, turn it on, and let it run for 5 minutes. If inflation issues continue, contact customer service for a replacement.

When powered off, it typically takes around 3-4 hours to fully charge a depleted battery.
